NaNoWriMo, Gratitude, and Free Books

It's November, which is a month that we personally believe to be one of the finest of the year. And, it's not just because it's Jess's birthday month, but also for some other awesome reasons which we've outlined below.

NaNoWriMo

For anyone who's unfamiliar with what "NaNoWriMo" is, it stands for National Novel Writing Month. Each November, both aspiring and practiced novelists work tirelessly to get their best ideas onto the page. The goal is to produce a 50,000 word novel in one month's time, and along the way, writers can meet up, give each other encouraging praise, and update their word count. We've personally never tried this fun and unique approach to writing, but if you're a participant, we'd love to hear about it! Good luck to all of you writers out there!

Gratitude

It feels a bit hackneyed to discuss what we're grateful for come November, but everyone could use a bit of positivity right now. We're thankful for our families, our readers, and this crazy journey that has led us to publishing a trilogy. What about you? What are you grateful for this during this holiday, month, or year?

Free Books

Now, for the REALLY good stuff... Today marks the beginning of our Goodreads Giveaway contest for a free signed copy of Computer Love Inc. II: Gestation. If you haven't started our sci-fi series, this is the perfect opportunity to score a free book and get wrapped up in the adventures of John, Zak, Marius, and the others. We've been hearing rumors about a particularly harsh winter coming this way, so there's never been a better time to get into a new addictive sci-fi series! Plus, if you've entered any of our giveaways before but have yet to win, we definitely encourage you to enter this time around. We'll be giving away three free copies, so may the odds be ever in your favor!

We wish all of our readers the best of luck in our contest and a Happy Thanksgiving! Don't forget to visit us on Facebook to let us know what you're reading, writing, or up to in general!
